Take a break from social media, for a few hours or maybe a day etc. Cry for your own pain, not just for others. Remember it’s okay to cry for yourself. Listen to your favorite music, music has become more than just a form of entertainment for people; it has become a source of therapy for those looking for new forms of healing. Picking a Hobby that you love encourages you to take a distract yourself or improve moods. Hobbies also offer an opportunity to take a break but a break with a purpose. Vent to a friend, journal or family member. Venting can be a good way to let out some built up stress without necessarily looking for an answer. Take A Nap!
